Hello March! It’s the month in which we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, the last few weeks of winter and the new growth spring provides. I’ve always associated the color green and it’s many wonderful shades with March. Today I’m sharing a few favorite images featuring the hue.

Hello December! It’s time to deck the halls, trim the tree and prep for holiday dinners. With the Christmas season in full swing, I was thrilled to work in partnership with Target on planning my tablescape this year. The festive white and gold color scheme sprang from the gorgeous table runner by Oh Joy! for Target and the fun candlesticks from Threshold. I paired the runner with elegant gold and silver swirl dinnerware and faux bamboo flatware. In contrast to the metallics, I added pops of color and earthy touches with succulents, air plants and driftwood. The mini hanging glass terrariums with sand and air plants topped each place setting and are the perfect gift for each dinner guest. I love the result!
From beautiful candlesticks to chic table runners, timeless flatware to festive dinnerware, Target has every little thing (at super affordable prices) you’ll need this holiday season to entertain family and friends!
happy holidays!

This festive living room featured on Poppytalk had me thinking of how much I love the color pink during the Christmas season. Simply a pale hue of red, pinks are fabulous paired with blues, greens and golds as a palette for any of the upcoming holidays. Certainly not traditional, pink holiday decor can be playful, elegant and sophisticated. Take a look at a few inspiring pink holiday decor perfect for your Thanksgiving tablescape, Christmas vignettes and News Year’s Eve dinner party.

With the holidays just around the corner, your dining table will soon take center stage. Of course linens, glassware and the centerpiece are important items when setting the table, but dinnerware is paramount. Whether you are seeking a modern or traditional feel, there are tons of beautiful holiday dinnerware patterns to choose from. I’ve rounded up a few of my current faves in a variety of styles that would be great options for your holiday dinner party coming up.
