One criteria for the new addition in our home was a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. The closet space is on the small side (roughly 6′ x 7′) and because it needed to be designed for me and my husband’s clothing, it had to be highly functional. I turned to and partnered with the nice folks at EasyClosets for help designing the perfect system for our closet. Here’s a look at the overall design. As you can see we utilized several functional storage features including full-extension drawers, double hanging rods and a fabulous slanted shoe shelf. Once I placed the order it only took a few days for the boxes to arrive. Yes, there were quite a few boxes too!

For a clean look, I selected flat drawer fronts, driftwood finish and modern chrome pulls. I love how it came together and was so excited to start filling it with our shoes clothing and accessories. Next week, I’m going to be sharing more images of our small walk-in closet design. Stay tuned!
