The credenza. Love them because of the many uses they can hold. Typically housed in dining spaces, this versatile storage piece can also work well in living rooms, bedrooms and entryways. Our credenza is used as a media cabinet in our family room.

Looking for a credenza? Here are a few super chic credenzas I’ve round-up up that may just catch your eye too.

Design Trend :: Metallic Throw Pillows

disclosure: This post contains some affiliate links, which means Simplified Bee receives commission if you make a purchase using these links.

I’ve been spotting them everywhere these days. Metallics whether that be gold, silver, bronze or copper are giving interior furnishings, fixtures and textiles the Midas touch. Shimmery throw pillows are a great way to embrace the trend without going overboard. Just like animal prints, a little metallic touch goes a long way!

Here are a few chic metallic throw pillows that rose to the top of my list.

8 Stylish Daily Planners 2015

disclosure: This post contains some affiliate links, which means Simplified Bee receives commission if you make a purchase using these links.

Keeping a calendar is an essential part of being organized. It’s an important step in helping manage your daily activities and prioritize your time. It’s also a great way to kick off a new school year and start 2015 off on the right foot (which will be here before we know it!). Did you know that you can reduce stress by simply logging appointments, events and assignments in a daily planner? When kept up-to-date, a planner allows you to find information quickly, prioritize effectively and schedule appointments on the spot.

Although there are some terrific online calendar apps, I still prefer writing down appointments, events and day-to-day tasks in a traditional daily planner. With so many stylish designs these days it was tough to narrow down my favorites, but here goes.

Friday Find :: Delphine Mirrored Bar by Jonathan Adler

Jonathan Adler mid-century inspired dining room

I’m loving that bar carts and cabinets are making a comeback! One in particular that has caught my attention is Jonanthan Adler’s Delphine Mirrored Bar. It’s clean lines are characteristic of the mid-century modern inspired designs Adler is known for, however this cabinet is not at all minimalist. The cabinet is covered in antique mirrored glass which perches one a shiny brass base. The exterior is finished off with gorgeous quatrefoil brass pulls. It’s all glam! In addition, the interior offers a surprise of bright turquoise that’s so fun. Leave it to Adler to add a fun pop of color!
